Cedarburg School Board votes to keep its mask policy with slight tweak for the rest of the school year

A mix of people with and without masks attended the Cedarburg School Board meeting April 27.
The Cedarburg School Board has decided to keep its mask policy in place — with one small change — for the remainder of the 2020-21 school year, after a lengthy public debate April 27. 
After a lengthy public debate Tuesday, the board voted, 6-0, to keep the mask policy in place while modifying it to say masks are optional outside of school buildings.  The meeting itself ran over five hours.
