CDC, PAMOL Get New Board Chairs
Two giant agro-industrial State-owned corporations based in the South West Region now have new top management personalities installed during their extra-ordinary Board sessions supervised by the titular Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Henri Eyebe Ayissi.Lire aussi : Cameroun-Algérie: Un nouveau souffle
The current 12-member Board of Directors of the Cameroon Development Corporation (CDC), decreed last 4 July, 2016 for a three-year mandate renewable once, met in full session at their headquarters in Bota-Limbe (Fako Division) on 9 August, 2016, and voted the 64-year-old Mutanga Itoe Benjamin as Board Chair. Mr. Mutanga Itoe of Bakundu origine, in Meme Division, is former Minister of Justice. He was maintained in the position which he has been holding since 2014 when he replaced the deceased Chief Elangwe. As the Minister installed Mr. Itoe to his new-old function, he urged him to work to march the Corporation with its new statutes and revive CDC from its current international market turbulence.Lire aussi : Prise en charge: Visite aux patients d’Orca
