A Naples man was arrested Wednesday night after he pointed a gun at vacationers staying at a house next to him in Naples Park, according to a Collier County Sheriff's Office arrest report.
Ernesto Dorta, 48, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill after a dispute over loud music being played by neighbors renting a home on the 10000 block of 8th Street North, the report states.
Witnesses said they rented the home for four days to celebrate one of their birthdays. In the report, they said there was a verbal altercation with Dorta after he angrily walked outside and screamed at them to turn down the music.
