CCSO collecting donations for Summer Camp

The Kentucky Sheriff’s Boys and Girls Ranch Summer Camp is a go this summer and the Christian County Sheriff’s Department is collecting donations for the camp.
The Ranch provides a summer experience for children ages 8-11, who might not have the chance to experience a summer camp, explained CCSD Public Information Officer Deputy Chris Miller.
At the camp, children get to try new experiences, arts and crafts, swimming and other summer camp activities.
The camp is designed to redirect the lives of children by building self esteem, moral character and team them to have self respect as well as law enforcement professionals.
