CBRM council told it could cost $30M to renovate, expand old courthouse to make new library

Cape Breton Regional Municipality councillors are planning to meet with the board and staff of the Cape Breton Regional Library to discuss an engineer's report into the feasibility of converting the old courthouse for use as the main library building.
