Cause of August fire that destroyed Newport Beach trailer homes inconclusive, report says

An investigation into the Aug. 16 fire could not determine the cause, but it is believed to have started in or near the easternmost trailer affected by the fire. Displaced survivors are uncertain about their next steps.
