Caught again with drug paraphernalia, mother of twin babies enrolled in prison rehabilitation program

She had hoped to avoid attending the Belize Central Prison entirely, but 32-year-old Leeanne Samuels, also known as Leeanne Samos, will spend two months in the rehabilitation program sponsored by the National Drug Abuse Control Council (NDACC) in Hattieville after pleading guilty to possession of a crack pipe and mischievous act.
