Castro dictatorship promotes importation of luxury cars to Cuba

While the Cuban people starve and suffer shortages of fuel, electricity, and medicine, the communist dictatorship is busy promoting the business of importing luxury cars. Why would they do that, you may ask. Well, it's because feeding and providing basic goods to the Cuban people costs the regime money, while importing cars makes them money.
