Casper Council Approves $168,000 Purchase of Bearcat for Police

At the Casper city council meeting on Tuesday, the council agreed to purchase a bearcat tactical rescue vehicle for the Casper police department for $168,872, with only council member Kyle Gamroth voting against it.
