Casper City Council to work on human trafficking and tobacco sales ordainances in 2021

CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - The Casper City Council is having their last meeting of 2020 Dec. 22. The new council will be sworn in the first week of January. The Casper mayor said there are a couple different topics they will work on a human trafficking and tobacco sales ordinance.
Casper Mayor Steve Freel said they need to align the ordinance more with the state law. “We need to conform with what the state law is. We can make things more restrictive but we can’t be less restrictive,” Freel said.
