Cash-for-vote case: Cash-for-vote case: SC to hear Telangana CM's plea against HC order in February

The Supreme Court has deferred the hearing of Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy's petition challenging the high court's dismissal of his plea questioning the jurisdiction of an ACB court in the 2015 cash-for-vote scam case. Reddy challenged the June 1, 2021 order, which dismissed his plea questioning the jurisdiction of the ACB court.
