Ontario farmers who have held onto their corn and soybean crops may have received more value from their work than usual as old crop prices have rallied this month. Soybean prices peaked at Chatham-Kent elevators at an average of $20.29 per bushel on May 12, while old corn prices hit an average of $9.06 per bushel in Chatham-Kent on May 7.
