CASES heard by Salisbury and Swindon Magistrates' law courts:
SEBASTIAN RUSSELL, aged 23, of North Road East, Plymouth, pleaded guilty to driving through Tisbury while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On December 31 last year Russell was driving a BMW along Weaveland Road with 102 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and costs of £85, and must carry out 40 hours of unpaid work. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 26 months.
ROY TREBILCOCK, aged 53, of South Bank, Netherhampton, Salisbury, was found guilty of failing to provide police with information relating to a driver who was allegedly guilty of an offence. This incident took place in Greater Manchester on January 8, 2019. Trebilcock was fined £120 and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £100. His driving record was endorsed with six points.
