ROCKVILLE — Cas Davis is wearing a few hats for Solano College Theatre’s production of “The Servant of Two Masters,” which opens Friday. It also marks the return of live theater at the rural Fairfield campus. Davis grew up in Fairfield attending K.I. Jones School, Green Valley Middle School and Earl
