The Carson City Sheriff’s Office asks for the public’s help finding a runaway. Ruben Angel, 12, was reported as a runaway juvenile on Monday, Dec. 14 and entered into the National Crime Information Center out of Carson City, Nev. He's been known to be with friends in the Woodside area of Carson City.
