Carson City arrests: Pair booked for alleged drug offenses, driver fails to yield for traffic stop

Two were jailed Sunday for alleged felony drug possession and lesser offenses following an incident in which the driver of a vehicle failed to stop for a Carson City Sheriff's Office deputy, according to a booking report.
