Carson City arrests: Burglary victim finds stolen AC unit in neighbor's window

A 39-year-old Carson City man was arrested Saturday for suspicion of felony burglary and possession of stolen property after the victim discovered their stolen air conditioning unit was propped in their neighbor's apartment window, a sheriff's deputy report said.
