Carroll County commissioners tentatively set aside $2.3 million for fire and EMS staffing plan in fiscal 2023 budget

As Carroll County commissioners work through the fiscal 2023 county budget, they tentatively decided Tuesday to set aside $2.3 million for a plan to staff the county’s new combination Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department.
