Carroll County commissioners move forward with zoning regulations for recreational cannabis businesses

Commissioners are moving forward with the task of regulating businesses interested in selling recreational cannabis in Carroll County, voting 4-1 Thursday to refer decisions about when, where, and how cannabis-related businesses can operate to the Carroll County Planning and Zoning Commission.
