Carroll County Board of Education votes to ban LGBTQ+ Pride flags from school displays

Carroll County’s Board of Education voted 4-1 Wednesday night to ban rainbow LGBTQ+ pride flags from being displayed on school properties after a lengthy meeting and hearing opposing viewpoints from several community members.
