Carlow man jailed and banned for life from keeping dogs for 'serious' animal cruelty

A Carlow man has been handed a four-month prison sentence and has been banned for life from owning dogs following what the judge described as “one of the most serious cases” of animal cruelty she has seen during her time as a District Judge in Carlow.
