Carl Westmoreland, a 'fascinating' and 'dear friend,' will be laid to rest Saturday

The late Carl Westmoreland, the historian at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center worked closely with Paul LaRue, a small-town high school teacher, and LaRue's students on restoring the graves of Black veterans of World War I.
