A man named Abhimanyu Arjun Gupta, also known as Rinku, was arrested for allegedly stealing a BMW parked outside Lilavati Hospital in Bandra. The car owner had left a bag containing Rs 24 lakh in cash, as well as gold and diamond jewelry, unattended in the vehicle. The police used CCTV footage and technical evidence to trace the suspect and recover the stolen assets. Gupta has a criminal record with cases filed against him in multiple districts.
