FARGO — Police here arrested a man on suspicion of DUI after the car he was driving collided with a train in downtown Fargo early Wednesday, Dec. 30.
The crash was reported to emergency dispatchers at 1:45 a.m. at the railroad crossing at Broadway and Main Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found John Ochwal, 39, of Fargo, sitting alone in the car in the driver's seat, apparently uninjured, police said.
