Capitol to feed 878K students with free porridge meals

STARTING Nov. 15, 2023, all kindergarten to Grade 12 students in public schools in Cebu Province will receive free rice porridge from Monday to Friday, as announced by Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia on Wednesday, Nov. 8.
