Capitol stormer held in jail due to ‘history of punching people in the face’

A U.S. district court has ordered a New Jersey gym owner charged with storming the Capitol on Jan. 6 and assaulting police to remain jailed because he’s likely to strike again.
“The defendant’s history of punching people in the face suggests he may punch people in the face again,” Judge Royce Lamberth ruled Friday in denying the 44-year-old suspect bail, according to The Daily Boulder.
