Cape boxer sues Prasa for close to R8m after losing leg in train accident

A 25-year-old Cape Town boxer is seeking damages of close to R8 million, claiming the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa was negligent and did not heed any warnings on the day he was struck by a train which cost him his leg.
