Canadian Man Pushes Sleeping Son While Winning Buffalo Marathon

Lucas McAneny, 35, of Hamilton, Ontario, along with his two-year-old son, Sutton, crossed the Buffalo Marathon finish line last weekend in two hours, 33 minutes, and 32 seconds to seal their first-place finish.
