Campton Hills Chief calls state probe 'unsubstantiated and politically motivated'

Campton Hills Police Chief Steven Millar, through an attorney, called his being placed on administrative leave amid an Illinois State Police investigation an attempt "to assassinate his character and impugn his integrity."
