Cameroon : Defence minister Beti Assomo clashes with army chief of staff over Turkish vehicles order

The army chief of staff has refused to approve an order for armoured vehicles from Turkey's BMC group, even though it was negotiated directly by defence minister Joseph Beti Assomo.
