New York investment firm Astara Capital Partners, recruited by the state to reopen the Camden Timbers sawmill, closed the mill late last year and is now being sued by Camden's Arkansas Pulpwood Co. in Ouachita County Court on a claim that it is owed $13,000 for equipment rental and log delivery.
