Cambodia arrests five foreigners, seizes 1.51 tonnes of narcotics

PHNOM PENH: Cambodia's anti-drug police have arrested five foreigners for allegedly trafficking illicit drugs, confiscating 1.51 tonnes of narcotics, the country's Anti-Drug Department (ADP) said in a news release on Wednesday (Jan 24).
