Calls for better communications, psychiatric care at Thunder Bay jail as Moses Beaver inquest continues

As the inquest into the death of Oji-Cree artist Moses Amik Beaver continues, the jury has learned more about the cause of Beaver's death and the challenges staff and health care providers at the Thunder Bay District Jail faced back in 2017 - many of which persist today.
