What happens when you get 10 people talking about privilege? Listen to the recording to find out. Discover how difficult it is for white people to call out their own privilege — and how necessary it is to move forward. We discussed what actions we can take, and how it is important to deeply internalize the fact that while all people *should* be treated equally and as humans, in today’s society, that simply is not the case. We ended the call with the idea a caller suggested, that “reparations are a litmus test for how racist you are.” You’ll have to listen to the call to find out how that was received by our very diverse group of people.
