THE STATE WILL ALLOW INDOOR CONCERTS, THEATER PERFORMANCES AND OTHER PRIVATE GATHERINGS UNDER THE NEW RULES, THEY ARE ALLOWED IN THE RED, ORANGE, AND YELLOW TIERS. THE LIMITS INCREASE FOR VENUES WITH LARGER CAPACITIES AND FOR EVENTS WHERE EVERYONE IS TESTED WERE VACCINATED. THIS MORNING FLAGS AT THE WHITE HOUSE ARE FLYING AT HALF STAFF IN MEMORY OF A CAPITOL POLICE OFFICER KILLED AFTER A MAN RAMMED HIS CAR INTO A SECURITY BARRICADE YESTERDAY. 18 YEAR CAPITOL POLICE VETERAN WILLIAM EVANS WAS KILLED. ANOTHER YOU -- OFFICER WAS INJURED. THE SUSPECT WAS IDENTIFIED AS NOAH GREEN. HE WAS SHOT AND KILLED BY POLICE. PRESIDENT BIDEN IS RECEIVING ONGOING BRIEFINGS ABOUT THE INVESTIGATION.
