California man accused of exposing himself, luring Las Vegas child says he 'really' had to go to bathroom

After police arrested a California man accused of attempting to lure a child into his vehicle while exposing himself, he said he "really" had to go to the bathroom and he "apologize[d] if she took it the wrong way," police documents said.
