California man accused of defrauding Utah woman with fake Van Gogh, Dali, Monet paintings

A California man is accused of defrauding a woman out of hundreds of thousands of dollars in jewelry, watches and furniture by offering her paintings he claimed were authentic from Vincent Van Gogh and Claude Monet.
