CAMP VICENTE LIM, Calamba City: The Regional Highway Patrol Group Unit in Region 4A (RHPU-4A) recently conducted an anti-drug prevention campaign among transport groups to include motorcycle operators to ensure a drug-free workplace and protection, safety, and security of the commuters and motorists in the entire Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon).
