Cal OES, PG&E preparing for upcoming storms in Mendocino County

With the North Coast one of the regions expected to be most affected by this weekend's storms, the California Office of Emergency Services reported Thursday that it has "pre-positioned" fire personnel and equipment in Mendocino County.
