Cafe Boulud now a long-term offering at Blantyre
The Upper East Side’s loss is the Berkshires’ gain.
The summer pop-up of Cafe Boulud that
took up residencelast July at the country-house hotel Blantyre, in a 
former Gilded Age mansionin Lenox, Mass., and ended up staying open through the start of a winter break in February, reopened at Blantyre at the end of April for an open-ended run. Within a week, it was announced that the original Cafe Boulud, at the Surrey Hotel on East 76th Street in Manhattan since 1998,
had closed. (The restaurant was officially on pandemic hiatus since March of last year, but I’m told it will relocate.)
