C Street redesigners seek input on city's 'main entrance' | News

Galt residents weighed in on the plan to improve C Street during a July 22 street tour and open house.
About a dozen attendees gathered outside Papas and Wings on the sunny Thursday for the street tour, which was led by representatives of Psomas, the engineering firm contracted to perform design work and public outreach for the C Street Enhancements Project, which will cover the section of road from Civic Drive to Sixth Street.
Psomas Project Director Timothy Hayes told the attendees that the tour would allow Psomas to hear residents’ opinions “first hand.”
“We want to hear from you. You know, what are some of the concerns you have about everything from speeds, parking, access, driveways, things like that?”
