Bypoll LIVE Updates: Voting begins in 7 constituencies of 6 states

Seven assembly constituencies in six states, including Telangana, Bihar, Haryana, Maharashtra, Odisha and Uttar Pradesh are set to elect new legislators in bypolls today. Voting has begun in most of the seats.
