“It started as an Adams family kind of thing and has grown. If this helps cross-pollinate businesses, great. And it’s fun.”
The brewery at 406 E. Adams St. kicked off the effort with the unveiling of “Follow the Reverie” last month. The stout — brewed with chocolate and Guatemalan coffee roasted by Custom Cup Coffee, (321 E. Monroe St.) — was a flavor profile created in partnership with Reverie Apparel at 407 E. Adams St.
