Busy day for COVID 19-related executive orders in AZ

Arizona's percent positivity crept up to 6% last week after more than a month at 5%. A 5% or less positivity rate, or the rate of COVID-19 tests coming back positive, is considered a good benchmark that the virus's spread is under control.
