Business Spotlight: BooBoo welcomes her buddies to new Carson City pet resort

BooBoo's Buddies, a brand new pet hotel, daycare, boutique and spa in northeast Carson City, held its ribbon cutting Thursday at 1749 Old Hot Springs Road. But the star of the evening was BooBoo herself.
