Kyles Staples was spared further time in jail over the assault on his ex girlfriend's partner in Whitefield this year
A BURY man who attacked his former girlfriend’s partner in front of children, causing blood to be splattered over them, has been spared further time in jail.
Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court Kyle Staples attended at the home on Roch Walk in Whitefield where his child was but was told not to come inside.
He proceeded to come in round the back and got into a “scuffle” with Paul Gates which left him with a cut on the head which required medical attention to close.
