The developers who hold the lease to the city-owned property at Bahia Mar write that their new plan for the city is "a win-win-win-win-win-win" for "the community, marine industry, Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Fort Lauderdale residents, visitors and yes, us as the developers."
