Buffalo man shot by responding officers sentenced for menacing police with deadly weapon during incident

Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announced 32-year-old Dominique D. Thomas of Buffalo was sentenced this morning before Erie County Court Judge Kenneth Case to two years in prison followed by two years of post-release supervision.
