Buffalo man pleads guilty to manslaughter charge in fatal shooting

A Buffalo man has pleaded guilty to a manslaughter charge stemming from a fatal shooting last year in city's Kaisertown neighborhood, acting Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Keane announced.
