BTSSS: Beneficiary Travel Self-Service System aids veterans | News

Huntington's VA Medical Center has exclusively been using the BTSSS, which has been up and running for several years, since June. The new system replaces an older system, which is no longer in operation, as well as kiosks, which were decommissioned a few years ago.
